Adria Arjona Replaces Taylor Russell in 'The Thomas Crown Affair' Remake

Adria Arjona replaces Taylor Russell in ‘The Thomas Crown Affair’ reboot, starring opposite Michael B. Jordan.
Adria Arjona has joined the upcoming The Thomas Crown Affair as the new co-lead, starring opposite
Michael B. Jordan. She steps into the role after Taylor Russell exited the project due to creative differences. Production is already underway in London, with Jordan also directing.
Arjona plays an insurance investigator who begins to suspect that a wealthy banking executive may be behind a series of high-level thefts. The role was previously played by Faye Dunaway in the 1968 original and
Rene Russo in the 1999 remake.
The film is being produced by Amazon MGM Studios and is scheduled to hit theaters on March 5, 2027. The cast also includes Kenneth Branagh,
Lily Gladstone,
Danai Gurira, and
Pilou Asbæk.
Arjona recently appeared in Hit Man, Andor, and Blink Twice, directed by Zoë Kravitz. She’ll next be seen in the comedy Splitsville, out August 22, following its premiere at Cannes.
