Zoey Deutch Is Playing a Jilted Bride and Jon Hamm Might Be Part of the Problem

Zoey Deutch is heading back to the big screen—this time in an R-rated comedy set in the heart of Hollywood!
The American actress Zoey Deutch, known for Not Okay and Set It Up, will lead the untitled Celebrity Pass movie, directed by David Wain, the filmmaker behind cult hits like Wet Hot American Summer and Role Models. Deutch plays Gail Daughtry, a Midwestern bride-to-be whose fiancé takes advantage of their celebrity “hall pass” agreement.
According to Variety, joining her in the cast are Jon Hamm,
John Slattery,
Sabrina Impacciatore, and
Ken Marino, who also co-wrote the script with Wain. The film recently wrapped shooting in LA and was made with support from California’s Film & TV Tax Credit.
Deutch also serves as an executive producer. She was most recently seen in Juror #2 withNicholas Hoult and The Threesome with
Ruby Cruz, and will appear next in Richard Linklater’s Nouvelle Vague, premiering at Cannes.
