Zach Top released the official video for South Of Sanity on August 20, giving fans a stripped-back visual to match one of his most emotional tracks yet. The video keeps it simple — Top performing on an empty plain cut with touring footage of him and his band.
The single, co-written with 
Carson Chamberlain and 
Mark Nesler and produced by Chamberlain, leans into neotraditional country with pedal steel, fiddle, piano, and bluesy guitar. Its lyrics trace the emotional cost of life on the road, anchored by the refrain “Somewhere south of sanity / Still just north of insane.”
Released ahead of his second album Ain’t In It For My Health (due August 29), the song has been praised by outlets like Holler and Rolling Stone. The video also ties into his Cold Beer & Country Music Tour, recently extended with major arena and amphitheater stops.
