Yungblud’s New Movie 'ARE YOU READY, BOY?' is Out in Cinemas
Yungblud has officially stepped into cinema. His new film is now screening in theaters worldwide.
It is a rare occasion when a living rockstar premieres a movie about himself. ARE YOU READY, BOY? is a documentary that explores the artist’s life and gives fans a glimpse into the inner workings of his career.
Yungblud called the film’s journey “crazy” and said Paul Dugdale was his dream director, trusted to tell the story with honesty.
“You have to let the uncomfortable be seen,” he said. “In a world of ‘TikTokable’ moments, this film celebrates imagination, vulnerability, and being real—so we might feel more connected.”
Filmed at Berlin’s legendary Hansa Studios, home to Bowie’s Heroes and U2’s Achtung Baby!, the documentary blends personal diary, creative process, and rock-and-roll chaos.
