Will Poulter discusses We’re the Millers sequel rumors at SXSW while promoting his new film, Death of a Unicorn.

After the premiere, he stopped on the red carpet to answer some questions, including one about the possibility of a We’re the Millers sequel.

Speaking to People, Poulter revealed that there had been discussions about a potential sequel, even sharing that the planned title was We’re Still the Millers. However, he followed up by saying, “I don’t think it’s gonna happen. I mean, no one else is [interested], but I’m too old now. But, yeah, it was a fun time.”

We’re the Millers is a 2013 black comedy starring Poulter, Jennifer Aniston, Jason Sudeikis, and Emma Roberts, among others. It was a box office success, grossing $270 million against a $37 million budget.

Poulter’s latest film, Death of a Unicorn, is a comedy horror starring him alongside Paul Rudd, American actress Jenna OrtegaJenna Ortega, Richard E. Grant, and Téa Leoni. The film premiered at SXSW and is set to release in cinemas on March 28.
