The trailer for Everything to Me, starring Victoria Pedretti, has been released ahead of the film’s September 5 theatrical debut. Set in early-2000s Silicon Valley, the comedy follows Claudia (Pedretti) as she pursues her goal of becoming the next
Steve Jobs, later reassessing her path after entering the real world. Abigail Donaghy portrays the younger Claudia during her Stanford years.
The cast also includes Judy Greer,
Lola Flanery,
Utkarsh Ambudkar, and
Rich Sommer. The feature marks the directorial debut of Kayci Lacob, who also wrote the screenplay. The film was previously titled The Book of Jobs.
Everything to Me was filmed with Concourse Media handling theatrical self-distribution. It has screened at festivals including Mill Valley and Sarasota. Lacob has cited filmmaker Greta Gerwig as an influence and has described the film as a personal look at growing up in the Bay Area during the tech boom.
