'Timeless' Re-enters Billboard Hot 100 After Doechii Update

Doechii shakes up Timeless with a fresh verse on The Weeknd’s official remix, pushing the track back into the Billboard Hot 100’s Top 40 at No. 35.
Released May 9, the remix opens with Doechii’s high-energy bars — her first collab with
The Weeknd or
Playboi Carti, and her debut on a
Pharrell beat. She name-drops Tampa, flexes luxury brands, and calls herself “the cream of the crop.”
The original Timeless, released in late 2024, leaned into a hazy, futuristic sound — part trap, part ambient synth-pop — with Carti’s warped vocals and The Weeknd’s smooth delivery floating over minimalist production. Doechii’s verse cuts through that atmosphere, giving the remix a new kind of sharpness.
This drop follows a major year for Doechii, who won Best Rap Album at the 2025 Grammys and was named Billboard’s Woman of the Year.
No remix video yet, but the original visuals are still streaming. Reactions have been mixed, but most agree the update gives Timeless a second wind.
