Ella Langley recently opened up on the Big D & Bubba show about her friendship with 
Miranda Lambert, highlighting their memorable 2025 ACM Awards performance. The two teamed up to perform Lambert’s hit Kerosene for its 20th anniversary. Langley described the experience as “insane,” recalling the hectic backstage moments with only two minutes to change outfits and a flurry of people helping her get ready.
Despite the chaos, Lambert offered steady support, telling Langley, “You belong here,” which helped her stay confident onstage. Their friendship began a couple of years ago through songwriting and shared causes, including support for Lambert’s MuttNation Foundation.
Langley even manifested their connection by adding Lambert’s photo to a vision board years before they wrote together. While no official duet has dropped yet, fans are hopeful after their writing session. Following her well-received debut album hungover, Langley is back on the road with Riley Green and gaining momentum with her latest single weren’t for the wind.
