Shailene Woodley joins Lindsay Lohan in Hulu’s ‘Count My Lies’, playing a nanny entangled in a web of dangerous secrets.

Shailene Woodley is set to star alongside Lindsay Lohan in Hulu’s new limited series Count My Lies, based on Sophie Stava’s debut novel and produced by 20th Television.

Woodley will play Sloane Caraway, a compulsive liar who becomes a nanny for Violet (Lohan) and Jay Lockhart, only to discover their picture-perfect home hides dangerous secrets. Both actors will also serve as executive producers, with This Is Us alums Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger writing and running the series.

This is Woodley’s second current Hulu project, as she also appears in season two of Dan Fogelman’s thriller Paradise. Known for The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Big Little Lies, the Divergent films, and The Fault in Our Stars, she’s recently starred in Starz’s Three Women, Amazon MGM’s Killer Heat, and made her Broadway debut in Cult of Love. Up next, she co-stars in Motor City, screening at both the Venice and Toronto film festivals.
