Parker McCollum has announced Big Sky, the third single from his upcoming self-titled album, which arrives June 27, 2025. Out May 7, Big Sky leans into a straightforward, alt-country sound with a nod to 
Tom Petty. The track’s lyrics focus on themes of loneliness and drifting, summed up in the chorus line, “It’s a big sky, I’m a lonely man.” McCollum has previewed the song on social media, where fans have responded positively to its simple, open-road feel.
This single continues the more stripped-back approach McCollum signaled with Hope That I’m Enough, moving away from the polished production of his recent albums.
