Nicholas Alexander Chavez says he’s taking the high road after his scenes were cut from the new ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’.

Chavez told Us Weekly he remembers the shoot fondly, recalling time spent with kangaroos, sunrise hot air balloon rides, and cherry picking with his girlfriend. While his casting was announced in November 2024 alongside American actor and director Austin NicholsAustin Nichols and US model and musician Gabbriette poses upon arrival ahead of The BoF 500 Gala at the Shangri-La Hotel in Paris, on the sidelines of the Paris Fashion Week Spring-Summer 2025, on September 28, 2024.Gabbriette—both of whom remained in the film—he’s choosing to focus on future projects.

Asked about returning to the franchise, Chavez said he’s open to it, adding that his priority is “doing good material with people… who believe in me.”
