Madison Hu joins Netflix’s FTX drama ‘The Altruists’ as Constance Wang, alongside Matt Rife, Paul Reiser, and more.

Madison HuMadison Hu has officially joined the cast of The Altruists, Netflix’s upcoming limited series based on the rise and fall of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried. Hu will play Constance Wang, a real-life executive from the now-bankrupt crypto empire. The series is led by Irish actor Anthony BoyleAnthony Boyle as Sam Bankman-Fried and Julia Garner as Caroline Ellison.

Netflix has confirmed several other cast members, including Karan Soni as Nishad Singh, American stand up comedian and actor Matt RifeMatt Rife as Ryan Salame, Eugene Young as Gary Wang, Alex Lawther as Sam Trabucco, and Naomi Okada as Claire Watanabe. The Altruists is directed by James Ponsoldt and produced by Higher Ground Productions, along with New York Magazine/Vox Media Studios. The show explores the events behind the $8 billion collapse of FTX and its impact on the crypto world. A release date has not yet been announced.
