Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio Hall welcome twin daughters and reveal the family inspiration behind their names.

Mackenzie McKee, star of MTV’s Teen Mom, has welcomed twin daughters with her partner, Khesanio HallKhesanio Hall. The twins, Ja’Kharie Angie Hall and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall, were born on June 2, 2025. Mackenzie shared the big news on social media with photos from the hospital and wrote, “Mom and Dad are over the moon and so happy, the cries we cried when we heard those first cries. We are so in love.”

The girls’ middle names pay tribute to both Mackenzie’s and Khesanio’s mothers. Mackenzie explained the naming choices on Instagram Live in April, saying, “The babies will have three-syllable ‘J’ names. Khesanio and I both have three-syllable names. So I wanted three syllables. And all of his mother’s grandbabies have names that start with a J!”

These are Mackenzie and Khesanio’s first children together, conceived through IVF after Mackenzie’s previous tubal ligation. Mackenzie also has three older children—Gannon, Broncs, and Jaxie—from her former marriage. The couple began dating in 2022, and their IVF journey was featured on Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. Congratulations to Mackenzie and Khesanio!
