Gage emphasized the importance of “loving myself right now,” describing his daily rituals of meditation, journaling, and spa visits as “Lukas love time.” His short-lived marriage ended when Appleton filed for divorce in November 2023, just seven months after their Las Vegas wedding officiated by 
Kim Kardashian—an event Gage humorously called a “manic episode” on Watch What Happens Live.
