Dom Dolla made Lollapalooza history this weekend—but not without a scramble. The Australian producer was stuck in Ibiza after a cancelled flight threatened to derail his set in Chicago.
With time running out, festival organizers stepped in and chartered a private jet to get him across the Atlantic. “I’m f…ing stressed,” he posted to Instagram mid-chaos, later following up with: “Okay, never mind. Thank you Lollapalooza for saving my ass. I’ll see you in nine hours.”
According to festival organizers, this was the biggest crowd in Lollapalooza’s history. Dom Dolla shared his excitement on Instagram after the show.
