Logan Lerman is officially joining the world’s deadliest apartment building. The Percy Jackson and Perks of Being a Wallflower star appears in Season 5 of Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building, premiering September 9, 2025. The newly released trailer teases him among a stacked guest cast that includes

This season, Charles (
Steve Martin), Oliver (

Selena Gomez) investigate the suspicious death of Lester, the Arconia’s beloved doorman. While the cause is called accidental, the trio suspects foul play, pulling them into a web of billionaires, mobsters, and shady neighbors.
