British actor Leo Woodall, known for his role in Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, is joining a new project with
Sebastian Stan — Justin Kurzel’s adaptation of Burning Rainbow Farm, according to Deadline.
The film is based on a true story and adapted from Dean Kuipers’ book by Tommy Murphy. It tells the story of two men who built a peaceful, weed-friendly community called Rainbow Farm. Things take a tragic turn when their son is taken by authorities, leading to one of the most dramatic sieges in American history.
Most recently, Woodall starred in Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, and he’s currently filming the upcoming thriller Tuner with Dustin Hoffman and
Havana Rose Liu. He will also appear in the sci-fi film Nomad and the historical drama Nuremberg, both of which are in post-production.
Burning Rainbow Farm does not have a confirmed release date yet.
