Lainey Wilson Drops 'Apple Music Sessions' EP Featuring Beatles and Capaldi Covers

Lainey Wilson has released a special Apple Music Sessions EP, out June 24, 2025, available exclusively on Apple Music. Recorded in London, the three-song set features Wilson reimagining The Beatles’ Come Together at Abbey Road Studios and Lewis Capaldi’s Someone You Loved, alongside a stripped-down, emotionally charged take on her own Devil Don’t Go There. Wilson cited Capaldi’s documentary How I’m Feeling Now as a key inspiration for her cover.

Critics have praised her bluesy approach to the Beatles classic and the confessional power of her original track. This project offers a creative bridge to her upcoming deluxe album Whirlwind, arriving August 22. The EP lands as Wilson continues her Whirlwind World Tour, with major stops at venues like Madison Square Garden and the Kia Forum.
