Koe Wetzel Cancels Tour Dates to Celebrate Birth of His Daughter
Koe Wetzel made headlines over Memorial Day weekend after canceling his scheduled shows to be with his family for the birth of his child.
Koe Wetzel was set to open for 
HARDY’s Jim Bob World Tour, performing alongside 
Stephen Wilson Jr. and McCoy Moore, but he announced via Instagram that he needed to return to Texas due to a “family medical event.” While Wetzel didn’t confirm the reason at first, fans quickly connected the dots after remembering his girlfriend Bailey Fisher’s January pregnancy announcement.
The speculation ended on May 27 when Fisher shared on Instagram that their baby girl, Woods Madison Wetzel, was born early Friday morning, May 23. Both mom and baby are doing well, and the post drew congratulations from fellow country artists, including 
Kolby Cooper.
Wetzel hasn’t posted about his daughter’s birth, staying true to his private approach when it comes to his family life. His fans have shown nothing but support, understanding the choice to prioritize family over tour dates. Wetzel is expected to rejoin the tour in Salt Lake City on May 29, but for now, the new dad is enjoying his time at home.
