Jake Funk are expecting their first baby together. The couple, who tied the knot last June in Italy, confirmed the news exclusively to PEOPLE, sharing that they’ll welcome their little one this November.
Sluss, 29, revealed they first learned she was pregnant during a trip to Dubai. “It was such an unexpected and joyful surprise,” she said, adding that Funk’s reaction was priceless — and she’s planning to post the funny video soon.
The couple kept the news quiet until Sluss was 12 weeks along and feeling better. They finally told their families at a party, which Sluss described as “the best surprise,” with everyone being super supportive.
She then took to her Instagram to share the news with her fans, posting a caption that read: “Each day growing you is a blessing 🤍 God’s plan is more perfect than we ever imagined. We know God is in this story, and we can’t wait to meet you 👼.”
Now in her second trimester, Sluss says she’s feeling great as they prepare for this next chapter together.
