During Adcock’s Need To Tour stop at The Wave, a fan rushed the stage, leading to a six-guard takedown before the show resumed.

Gavin Adcock’s show at The Wave in Wichita, Kansas, erupted into chaos when a fan stormed the stage mid-performance. The intruder knocked over Adcock’s microphone stand before being tackled by security, and the following physical struggle that escalated into a chokehold required six staff members to end.

Adcock kept his composure, telling security to “get his drunk a– out of here,” before defusing tension with a quip about needing a shot of Jack Daniels. The viral moment drew comparisons to a “full-blown wrestling match,” with TikTok users joking the fan had watched Road House too many times.

The Wichita stop was part of Adcock’s Need To Tour run supporting his debut album Actin’ Up Again. Known for his outlaw-country edge and being a little rowdy himself, Adcock has often embraced unpredictability — but this time, he left the brawl to security and carried on the night.
