Emma Corrin Takes Center Stage in First Look at 'Pride and Prejudice'
Emma Corrin takes on the role of Elizabeth Bennet in Netflix’s new ‘Pride and Prejudice’ series—first look now revealed.
Emma Corrin is taking on one of literature’s most iconic roles: Elizabeth Bennet. Netflix just dropped the first look at its upcoming Pride and Prejudice limited series, with Corrin front and center as the sharp, independent lead. The six-part series is written by Everything I Know About Love author Dolly Alderton and directed by Euros Lyn, known for Heartstopper and Sherlock.
Corrin stars alongside 
Olivia Colman, who plays the eccentric Mrs. Bennet, with a cast that includes 
Freya Mavor, 
Rhea Norwood, Hopey Parish, and Hollie Avery as the other Bennet sisters. 
Jack Lowden is confirmed as Mr. Darcy, though he’s notably absent from the first promo image—something fans definitely noticed.
Speaking to Netflix’s Tudum, Corrin called the role a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity” and praised the team behind the project. Netflix has not yet announced a release date for the series.
