David Corenswet is set to become DC’s next Superman, hitting theaters July 11, 2025—but off-screen, he’s been vocal about his ultimate dream role: playing a Jedi in Star Wars. Corenswet, who’s loved Star Wars since childhood, recently went viral for casually reciting the entire Death Star scene from Star Wars: The Trench Run while driving—a move fans loved for its relatable geekiness.
