Cooper Koch has joined the cast of Artificial, 
Luca Guadagnino’s upcoming AI-themed film for Amazon MGM Studios. According to Deadline, Koch will appear alongside 
Andrew Garfield and Anora breakout 
Yura Borisov. The film is described as a comedic drama set in the world of artificial intelligence, with sources suggesting it draws inspiration from the 2023 OpenAI controversy involving Sam Altman’s brief firing and reinstatement.
The script comes from Simon Rich (Man Seeking Woman), with production by David Heyman (Harry Potter), Jeffrey Clifford, and Jennifer Fox. Koch’s role remains under wraps.
Koch earned a Golden Globe nomination for his portrayal of Erik Menendez in Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, which premiered at No. 1 on Netflix and dominated the Nielsen Streaming Chart. His past credits include They/Them with 
Kevin Bacon and indie thriller Swallowed.
