Ayo Edebiri has teamed up once again with 
Tyler, The Creator, this time in the music video for DARLING, I, released August 19. The Bear star, who also appeared in his earlier NOID video, joins a cast that includes 
Willow Smith, 
Nia Long, 
Lauren London, and 
Chase Infiniti.
In her scene, Tyler shows up with flowers in what looks like a sweet date moment. But the tone flips when the gifts across the video are revealed to be actual beating hearts. The closing shot leaves a final character sitting on a bus beside a wrapped box, suggesting the same surprise is waiting inside.
The track comes from Tyler’s 2024 album CHROMAKOPIA and deals with his uneasy relationship with commitment. “Ooh, I got a problem I don’t know if I can shake,” he sings, a line that frames the tension running through the visuals.
