Big X is dropping the new album I HOPE YOU’RE HAPPY on August 22. Here’s everything we know so far.

Today, BigXthaPlug at premiere of Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire, 2024BigXthaPlug shared a post officially confirming the release of his most anticipated album to date, I Hope You’re Happy.

Some major collaborations are coming on this project — Ella Langley, Post Malone, and Jelly Roll are all confirmed to appear. Given their musical styles, the album is expected to lean heavily into country influences.

Last week, BigX shared a teaser of his collaboration with Langley titled Hell at Night. From what we’ve heard so far, it sounds like a potential chart-topper.

The album title hints at a difficult breakup BigX has gone through, and the photo he posted on Instagram today reinforces the idea that this record might explore themes of heartbreak and emotional fallout.
