Action star Vin Diesel is facing a lawsuit from a former assistant who alleges he sexually harassed her. The assistant, whose name is being withheld, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 8. The lawsuit alleges that Diesel subjected the assistant to a “pattern of unwelcome and offensive sexual behavior,” including inappropriate touching, lewd comments, and demands for sexual favors. The assistant also claims that Diesel retaliated against her when she refused his advances by cutting her hours, demoting her, and ultimately firing her.
Diesel has not yet commented on the lawsuit. If the allegations are proven true, he could face significant financial damages and could even have his career tarnished.
