Time turned back and Bob Dylan (portrayed by Timothée Chalamet) returned to New York, as a young, aspiring musician.

During the filming of the new biographical film “A Complete Unknown,” directed by James Mangold, actor Timothée Chalamet was spotted in New York City on Sunday, March 17, dressed as a young Bob Dylan in the 1960s. Timothée Chalamet has been preparing for this role for several years. In the “Happy Sad Confused” podcast last year, he mentioned that he spent several days with the legendary musician.

In January of this year, he also visited Dylan’s high school in Hibbing, Minnesota. In addition to Timothée Chalamet portraying Bob Dylan in the upcoming film, Deadline also reported that Edward Norton (as singer Pete Seeger) and Elle Fanning portraying Dylan’s love interest, Sylvie Russo will appear in the anticipated movie.
