If you own a disc harrow, you can also use it as an unconventional grill after working in the field.

That Mexican OT (real name Virgil René Gazca) is a Mexican-American rapper from Bay City, Texas, known for his singles “Johnny Dang” and “02.02.99”. He is also the creator of the albums “Lonestar Luchador” (2023) and “Texas Technician” (2024). That Mexican OT has temporarily stepped away from his music career and, along with rapper Suigeneris, has become a chef. In an Instagram post, they demonstrated how to cook a Mexican dish called Discada.

Discada is a dish consisting of a mixture beef, bacon, ham, sausage, and Mexican chorizo, seasoned according to the cook’s taste (most commonly using salt, pepper, garlic, and lime juice), along with vegetables (onions, bell peppers, olives, tomatoes, and jalapeño or serrano peppers), grilled over an open flame.

For this purpose, a metal disk from a disc harrow, which gave the dish its name, is traditionally used. As seen in the video, the rappers, in their roles as chefs, adjusted the recipe according to their taste and enjoyed the Discada.
