The Writers Guild of America Awards recently honored the best in film and television writing, showcasing standout achievements from the past year.

At this year’s Writers Guild of America Awards, HBO’s “Succession” led the pack, clinching Best Drama Series and Best Drama Episode for “Living+,” penned by Georgia Pritchett and Will Arbery. The awards ceremony, which took place in New York and Los Angeles, celebrated top writing across television and film.

Notably, “The Bear” secured the award for Best Comedy Series, while Netflix’s “Beef” was honored as the Best Limited Series, an award presented by Nathan Fielder. On the film front, Cord Jefferson grabbed the Best Adapted Screenplay for “American Fiction.” Other significant wins included HBO’s “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver” taking home the Best Comedy/Variety Talk Series.
