Emilio Garcia, a former photographer for Megan Thee Stallion, has filed a lawsuit that brings to light some disturbing allegations. Garcia claims that while working for the rapper on a trip to Ibiza in 2022, he was coerced into witnessing Megan in a sexual encounter with another woman within the confines of a moving SUV.
The lawsuit details his discomfort with the situation and further alleges that after he raised concerns about this event, coupled with issues of overwork and underpayment, he was abruptly fired. Claiming the work environment was hostile and abusive, Garcia is now seeking compensation for the emotional and physical distress he experienced.
Megan Thee Stallion’s legal team has countered, planning to fight the claims which they suggest are embellished to secure a financial settlement and tarnish Megan’s reputation.
