On February 14, 2024 (which, besides Valentine’s Day, is also the alleged birthday of Lara Croft), a remaster of the first three games (“Tomb Raider”, “Tomb Raider II” and “Tomb Raider III: Adventures of Lara Croft”), in which the brave archaeologist appeared will be released. Fans of the original titles can look forward to three major adventures of Lara and additional bonus levels that were released separately years ago in “Tomb Raider I-II-III Remastered” (2024).
Three Classic Games in a New Coat
The original games have been enhanced, allowing players to switch between new and original graphics, as well as choose between classic or modern controls.
The First Adventure in a New Rendition
Players could already enjoy the remake of the first installment years ago when the game “Tomb Raider: Anniversary,” developed by Crystal Dynamics, was released in 2007.
Attempt at a Fan-Made Remake of the Second Part
In 2017, a developer with the nickname Nicobass presented the result of his work: a remake of the introductory part of the second game.
The newly released “Tomb Raider I-II-III Remastered” is developed and published by Aspyr for PC and gaming consoles.
