Biography

Walt Disney hailed from Chicago. Born on Thursday, December 5, 1901 under the sign of Sagittarius. Walt Disney's journey to fame began with their academic pursuits at schools like Kansas City Art Institute, Central High School and the McKinley High School.

Over the course of their career, they were honored with numerous accolades, including the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film, Academy Award for Best Documentary (Short Subject) and the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature Film.

Walt Disney left us on Thursday, December 15, 1966.
